At Pretty Little Frames, we want you to love every item you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for items returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos and order details
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including delivery costs

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via M-Pesa or your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.
