- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items returned after the 7-day window
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos and order details
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including delivery costs
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via M-Pesa or your original payment method.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service.
